After Care Program Billing
 

The After School Care Program is offered for the convenience of parents of the
elementary grades to provide a secure, supervised environment for their children
after regular school hours.

All policies, rules and regulations contained in the Rome Catholic School handbook
apply to the Before and After Care Program. 
Rome Catholic School reserves the right to modify these policies, rules and regulations
when the school deems it necessary.
After School Care Program       (OPEN to PK THROUGH GRADE 6 STUDENTS)

Time:     2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
When:   Every day that there is a full day session of school.
             Not offered on Snow Days or any day that school is not in session.
Activities:  Include snack, supervised play, computer games, movies, homework
                and outdoor play whenever possible.

Daily Rates:  

2:30 pm to 5:30 pm .......... $12.00
2:30 pm to 4:30 pm .......... $10.00
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm .......... $ 5.00

Billing

Statements will be mailed at the beginning of each month for the prior month's services.  Payment must be received by the 15th of the month.  Please do not send any payments prior to receiving a statement.  Checks should be made payable to Rome Catholic School.  If you prefer to pay in cash, you may do so at the Main Office.  Please include your child's name on the check or indicate on the envelope when paying cash.
